Graduate students from Lamar
University's Dietetic Internship
program will be working under the
supervision of Mrs. Debbi Cook,
Director of Food Services at East
Chambers ISD. This internship
program provides students with
learning experiences in clinical
dietetics, community nutrition, and
school food service systems
management.
